Cancellation Policy

✨APPOINTMENTS✨ • By appointment only. No walk-ins. • Please arrive on time; a 15+ minute delay may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. ✨DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS✨ • Non-refundable deposit required to book (applied to your total). • Remaining balance due at the end of service. • Cash, Zelle, Venmo or card accepted (add fee if needed for card). ✨CANCELLATIONS✨ • Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. • Three no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. ✨GUESTS✨ • No extra guests or children unless being serviced. •This helps maintain a clean and focused work space. ✨HEALTH & SAFETY✨ • Please do not come sick. •I reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of infection or open wounds.
